Shipping Services
Import from Thailand to the UK (Air)
1. Contact us with a list of items you’d like to import

​2. We check whether the items are permitted/licensed in the UK. Check HERE.

3. Once approved, you send the goods to our office in Thailand
​
4. We issue a payment invoice
​
5. Make payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer
​
6. Your goods will be delivered to your UK address in approximately 5–7 days
NOTE:
1. Weekly air shipments via our partner Thai Airways and Finnair
2. Local shipment partnership with Royal Mail , DPD and Palletways network
Import from Thailand to the UK (Sea)
1. Contact us with your intended shipment
2. We will check the next available shipping date (announced on our website)​

3. Once confirmed, you send the goods to our warehouse in Thailand
​
4. We repack your items as needed
​
5. We issue a payment invoice
​
6. Make payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer
​
7. Goods are sent to the port, shipped to the UK, and delivered to your UK address
NOTE:
1. Delivery timeline: 6–8 weeks (subject to customs)
2. Local shipment partnership with Royal Mail, DPD and Palletways network
Export from the UK to Thailand (Sea)
1. Contact us with your shipment details
2. We will confirm the next available shipping slot (announced on our website)​

3. We send an empty box to your home — customers must pack it themselves.

4. We arrange home collection and transfer to our London warehouse
​
5. We inspect the contents (but do not repack)
​
6. We issue a payment invoice
​
7. Make payment via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer
​
8. Shipment is sent to the port, exported to Thailand, and delivered to your Thai address

1. Important Schedule Info: 60 days from vessel departure the UK

Insurance Coverage:
1. Our shipping insurance only covers natural disasters (e.g., storms, floods etc.)
2. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by customs, inspection, or loss due to piracy
